Something special for the connoisseur
For the small celebration with selected guests and culinary dinner an exclusive magnum bottle of champagne. This Chapin & Landais champagne received the Concours des Grands Vins de France Macon in 2004 and a star from the Le Guide Hachette des Vins in 2005. The grape variety behind this award-winning champagne is the Chenin Blanc. This is a versatile white wine grape that has been grown in France for almost 1300 years. Due to its high acidity, it can be vinified in various styles: as a sweet, Botrytis-influenced dessert wine, lighter, honey-sweet sparkling wine and as a full-bodied white wine.
To this 2001 Chapin & Landais we would
Recommend chicken or turkey.
