Straightforward, yet uncompromising and excellent quality
That's what Tollinche Freres stands for. The Tollinche brothers are winemakers in the classical sense and at the same time wine merchants, a combination that in Burgundy goes back to the long tradition of the "Négociant-Éleveurs". The Tollinche house has its origins in Burgundy, but is equally passionate about the great wines of the South of France, the Rhone Valley and, of course, Champagne.
Burgundy is a historic and highly regarded wine region in eastern France, with some of the best wines in the world coming from Burgundy. Burgunds vineyards are considered equivalent to the vineyards in Bordeaux. The two main grape varieties are Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, so Burgundy produce more rustic wines.
For this 1990s Tollinche Freres we would
Recommend lamb or chicken roast in red wine sauce.
Further consumer information according to the new food information regulation for the consumers, allergy sufferers and the Abmahnvereine:
