Semi-dry Spätburgunder
Not without Gurnd, the winemakers from the Behringer vineyard have given this Spätburgunder the name Exclusiv. This red wine convinces not only by its external elegance - simple yet modern - but also by its intrinsic values. The wines of the Exclusiv series come from the best locations of the winery, but also a special processing of the wine is required so that it gives the Behringer winery the addition Exclusiv.
The grapes of this Spätburgunders were read by hand, which is why he is allowed to wear the predicate Spätlese.
This Pinot Noir convinces with a clear, rubinred colour. The palate is initially pleasantly spicy, before it unfolds its full fruit in the form of cherry and berry flavors
For this 2015er Behringer Spätlese we would
recommend ham or pasta.
