In the last five years, the winery Fleischmann got several awards. To give just two as an example; the federal honorary award in the years 2014, 2015, 2016 and the AWC Vienna Award 2016. The winery Fleischmann is located in the winegrowing Gau-Algesheim, which lies between Mainz and Bingen and has about 7000 inhabitants. The winery Fleischmann cultivates a total of only 17 hectares of vineyards, which is relatively little compared to others. Since 1993, Quirin Fleischmann, a trained winemaker and viticulture technician, has been managing the family vineyard.
Fleischmann has created a first-class dry Pinot Noir with this wine. Characteristic of this are flavors of strawberry and cherry and possibly light forest soil flavors, with warmer crops, as in 2016, also seduce notes of leather and violet the palate.
For this 2020 Fleischmann we would
recommend Pappardelle pasta with a boletus ragu or burnt chicken livers on toast.
Further consumer information according to the new food information regulation for the consumers, allergy sufferers and the Abmahnvereine:
Wine contains 12% vol. Alcohol and sulfites, the country of origin is the bottling country. Wine is not suitable for pregnant women and minors. Wine may contain allergens.
If, due to legal regulations, one of our regulations no longer complies with the rules, the statutory provisions immediately apply, in order to put a proper stop to the usually more regular Abmahnverein.
