A lovely Dornfelder
Although this Dornfelder from the Nahe wine region is only two years old, it still has a strong fruity note. The Nahe is one of the smaller German wine regions, named after the river that flows into the Rhine near Bingen. The character of this Dornfelder is demanding. The Dornfelder is easy to drink and emits a deep red color. The reason for this color is that the grape has a deep red pulp. That is why they produce wines that are rich in pigments and often have a slightly floral character.
For this 2016 Butzbach we would
Recommend blood sausage with bacon cubes or lamb moussaka with potatoes.
Further consumer information according to the new food information regulation for the consumers, allergy sufferers and the Abmahnvereine:
Wine contains 12% vol. Alcohol and sulfites, the country of origin is the bottling country. Wine is not suitable for pregnant women and minors. Wine may contain allergens.
If, due to legal regulations, one of our regulations no longer complies with the rules, the statutory provisions immediately apply, in order to put a proper stop to the usually more regular Abmahnverein.
